Today, September 13, is the Republican Primary and I ask for your vote. I am a life long NH resident, a Vietnam Veteran, a member of the NRA, Pro-life and Chairman of Granite State Taxpayers with 27 years of executive and leadership experience.
I believe in or Constitution, especially the 2nd Amendment, Small Government, Low Spending which equals Low Taxes. I also realize we must protect and care for the most vulnerable in or society while never forgetting that government can not grow larger than the taxpayers ability to pay for it.
As your Executive Councilor I will represent all 263,000 voters in the District, not the special interests. I will work to make sure I confirm only like minded people to the many important position that come be for the Council, people that believe as I do that the Taxpayers should be able to keep more of their hard earned money.
I have listened to your concerns about our high energy cost, the highest business taxes in New England, the need for more and better paying jobs in NH, negating the need for a $300 million train to Boston, letting parents have a much more important role in the education of our children, not having unfunded mandates from Washington or Concord and make certain that we keep our people safe.
All of these things are achievable with the right people on the Council. I ask for you vote and support to be one of those people and you have my word, I will do the right thing not the politically correct thing. I will work tirelessly to return NH to the Business friendly, good job producing place to raise a family it once was.
Last week the NH Firearms Coalition alerted us to the release of their 2016 Primary Election Grades.
Here is what they said about the race for District 4, Executive Council:
“The Executive Council is often overlooked but vitally important. We are concerned about Manchester Alderman and District 4 Executive Council Candidate Joseph Kelly Levasseur. Mr. Levasseur has refused to stand for the rule of law and the Second Amendment in Manchester. In 2004 pre-emption became law and cities and towns were prohibited from regulating firearms.
Despite this, Mr. Levasseur as an Alderman has allowed the Verizon Arena (now the SNHU Arena) to ban the carrying of firearms. The arena is owned by the City of Manchester! Apparently Alderman Levasseur is quite comfortable with the City of Manchester violating a state law and having law abiding citizens who would like to attend a concert or hockey game being disarmed.
The good news is that his opponent, Jim Adams returned his survey 100% pro gun and we have graded him A.”
If elected Executive Councilor for District 4, I will stand for all your rights.
Once again I ask for your vote today, September 13, in the Republican primary.
Best Regards,
Jim Adams
